The Hillery Holding Company, founded in 1999, is a privately held real estate development and renewable energy company based in Boston, Massachusetts.  The Hillery Holding Company is a progressive and entrepreneurial company dedicated to integrating the latest green building techniques into its developments, while continuing to provide luxurious and livable spaces for its buyers.

The Hillery Holding Company was selected to Inc. Magazine's 'Inc. 500'. The Hillery Holding Company was ranked No. 124 overall and No. 10 of the 'Top 50 Real Estate Companies' category.

Our principal, Terry Hillery, served on Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick's Zero-Net Energy Buildings Task Force and is on the Builders Association of Greater Boston's Green Committee. Mr. Hillery is also the President of Green New England and Boston BioMass, which are companies that are dedicated to the promotion and use of renewable energy.
